What is an escrow service you might ask? Escrow is a contractual arrangement in which a third party receives and disburses funds, the disbursement is dependent on conditions agreed to by the transacting parties. We have partnered with registered financial service provider Truzo, a specialist escrow service.

Truzo is an independent Escrow Payment Platform that enables buyers and sellers to transact anywhere, via any device, in a safe and secure way. Unlike other escrow services, Truzo is not only registered with the Payments Association of South Africa (PASA) but also regulated by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) and conducts rigorous compliance checks on every Truzo user to ensure a safe and secure environment. Our Vetting Process
We have a strict policy of accepting any new Professional Service Partner (PSP) into the E-fficiency fold. Our requirements include that all PSPs are fully insured for up to R5-million and all clearances are adhered to before we invite partners to join us for training. Through our training we ensure all PSP are clear on our high standards and adhere to our strict delivery and customer care processes.
