We’ve spent the last 20 years sleeping, eating and drinking the property management industry from both a customer and supplier perspective, and have seen first-hand the many frustrations on both sides. E-fficiency was born out of the need to streamline the process of home improvement project delivery and to provide peace of mind to both customers and contractors. Our innovative online service is built on our network of Professional Service Partners (PSP) who are vetted and trained and of course our industry-first escrow service that ensues that our customers’ money is always kept safe until they are 100% satisfied with the job.

What is an escrow service you might ask?  Escrow is a contractual arrangement in which a third party receives and disburses funds, the disbursement is dependent on conditions agreed to by the transacting parties. We have partnered with registered financial service provider Truzo, a specialist escrow service.

Our Team

Our team are a fine assortment of industry experts including construction project managers and administrators working under the E-fficiency banner. Together we have more than 20 years of experience in the building trade, which make us poised to manage our Professional Service Partner (PSP) with clarity and efficiency.

Our Vetting Process

We have a strict policy of accepting any new Professional Service Partner (PSP) into the E-fficiency fold. Our requirements include that all PSPs are fully insured for up to R5-million and all clearances are adhered to before we invite partners to join us for training. Through our training we ensure all PSP are clear on our high standards and adhere to our strict delivery and customer care processes.
